Intensive Therapy

Over the span of a month, we’ll focus on making big shifts to 1 or 2 major areas of your life.

For example, you may want to stop engaging in a troubling behavior, learn self-compassion, set boundaries, express needs in relationships, or have true relational intimacy.

We’ll spend the first 2-hour session getting clear on what you want to shift and discover subconscious knowings that may be holding the behavior or feeling state in place.

Depending on our schedules, the following 12 hours will happen within the first 10 days, anywhere between 2-4 hours each session.

The remaining 6 hours will happen in 2-hour format, with 1-2 weeks between each.

The intensive format is an effective way to reach your longings faster by staying on focus with longer and closely spaced sessions.

The discoveries that are possible in 1+ years of weekly therapy, I’ve seen emerge in just a month.

My rate is $200/hour. I offer sliding scale as low as $125/hour.
